The History of Automobilia

Our History

Automobilia is an officially authorized Volvo dealer with over 60 years of experience, more than 60,000 customers, and remains a family-owned business through and through to this day.

The knowledge we’ve gained through years of expertise, combined with the various acquisitions made by Automobilia, gives our company a clear competitive edge when it comes to customer care, service, and professional advice.

Every day, we at Automobilia are committed to providing you, our customer, with the best possible service. Personal contact, professional advice, and 24/7 availability are deeply embedded in our business operations.

Our extensive team of employees—both in front of and behind the scenes—is professionally trained and has extensive experience to provide you, our customer, with the best possible service.

In addition to new passenger cars, vans, and trucks, Automobilia also offers a wide selection of low-mileage used vehicles.

The official dealer, Automobilia, had humble beginnings. The roots of the company can be traced back to 1960 at the Ostend-based parent company Recon, which was run by the parents of the current manager, Christ Soete.
